Construction size standards and the receipts calculator
Check the SBA construction standards in 13 CFR 121.201 (NAICS 236, 237 and 238), see the averaging arithmetic, and read the rules behind them.
Small-business size standards
Check a federal construction size standard against the SBA published table
FGExperts shows the SBA size standards for construction industries (NAICS 236, 237 and 238) as they appear in 13 CFR 121.201, with a receipts calculator that shows every step of its arithmetic. FGExperts does not decide whether a business is small. Only the Small Business Administration or the contracting officer can make that determination.

What you get
Published standards, not summaries
Each construction NAICS code has its own page quoting the size standard as it appears in 13 CFR 121.201, with the eCFR amendment date and a link to the official section.
A calculator that shows its working
Enter five fiscal years of receipts. The calculator applies the averaging rule in 13 CFR 121.104 and displays each step. It reports the arithmetic only and never states an eligibility result.
A refresh you can check
Every page shows when the table was last checked against eCFR. If the nightly check stops, the site shows a visible warning rather than presenting old figures as current.

Frequently asked questions
Where does the data on FGExperts come from?
Every standard is read from the official eCFR API for 13 CFR 121.201, the table of SBA size standards by NAICS code. We publish the figures and the amendment date and link the official section. We do not reword the rule.
Does FGExperts tell me whether my company is small?
No. FGExperts shows the published standard and the arithmetic you enter. Only the SBA or the contracting officer can determine size status, and the site says so on every result.
Does the calculator include affiliates?
No. Under 13 CFR 121.103, the receipts and employees of affiliates are counted, and affiliation depends on control and judgment. The calculator does not compute affiliation, and every result says so.
How current is the table?
It is checked nightly. Every page shows the time of the last successful check. If the last successful check is more than 30 hours old, the page shows a visible notice that the figures may be out of date.
What does the membership include?
A download of the full machine-readable size-standard dataset and a dated change log, available to signed-in members with an active subscription. The membership is $39 a month, renews monthly until you cancel, and you can cancel any time from your account. The change log starts from the date this service began collecting snapshots.
How do I reset my password?
Use the Forgot your password link on the sign-in page. We email a single-use reset link that expires in 60 minutes.
